GARY as a Data Scientist

GARY functions as an on-demand data scientist — generating and executing code to analyze structured and unstructured mission data. From neural network models that predict funding decisions to statistical analyses of portfolio performance, GARY writes and runs the code, then explains the results in plain language. Code Execution

GARY generates Python code, executes it in a secure sandbox, and presents results with three views:

• Code — the raw code GARY wrote and ran

• Explanation — a plain-language summary of what the code does and what it found

• Output — the resulting data, model, or analysis

Every model's code is visible and auditable. No black boxes.

Interactive Analysis

After building a model, GARY guides you through using it — asking which projects you want to analyze and offering multiple ways to select data:

• By topic number

• By label or project name

• By branch, command, or mission thread

You stay in control of what gets analyzed. GARY runs the work.

• Model generation — GARY builds predictive models from your live data: neural networks, regression, classification, and more. No data science background required.

• What-if scenarios — Run scenarios on live data to simulate the impact of changes to readiness levels, budgets, timelines, and tradeoffs before committing to a course of action.

• Code transparency — Every model GARY builds is fully visible and auditable. You can review exactly what ran, why, and what assumptions were made.

• Multi-format output — Export results directly to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or review them in the GARY interface.
