The Prompts Library saves time — instead of typing the same prompt from scratch every session, you load it in one click.

Prompts Library in CORAS Light

The Prompts Library gives you quick access to saved prompts — pre-written messages you can send to Gary without retyping them. Your Tenant Admin makes prompts available to the tenant.

Use a prompt

1. Open the Prompts Library.

2. Browse or search for the prompt you want.

3. Click the prompt to load it into the composer.

4. Edit any placeholder fields if needed, then send.

Shortcut: Pin A Prompt

Pinned prompts eliminate friction for your most common workflows. Instead of searching or scrolling each session, your go-to prompts are already at the top. Pin your most-used prompts so they're always one click away — without opening the full Prompts Library.

Pin a prompt

1. Open the Prompts Library.

2. Find the prompt you want to pin.

3. Click the pin icon on the prompt.

Pinned prompts appear in the Pinned Prompts modal, accessible from the Gary chat interface.

Use a pinned prompt

1. In the Gary chat composer, open the Pinned Prompts modal.

2. Select the prompt you want to use.

3. The prompt loads into the composer. Edit if needed, then send.

Unpin a prompt

Click the pin icon again in the Prompts Library or modal. The prompt stays in your library — unpinning only removes it from quick access.
